- Addresses the low/sagging area under the refrigerator
- Final method confirmed once the tile is up and the subfloor is exposed
- Cork-backed LVP, customer's color selection at Floor & Decor
- Material allowed at the $2.00/sq ft budget — a higher-priced selection is billed as the difference
- Professional installation, moisture barrier and underlayment as required
- Transition strips where the new LVP meets the adjacent flooring
- New shoe molding around the kitchen where the floor meets the baseboard
- Refrigerator and dishwasher carefully pulled out for the floor work, then reset in place
- Dishwasher is moved, not replaced
- Removal and haul-off of the old tile, backer board and job debris

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the customer acknowledges and accepts the outlined
responsibilities and scope of work.
Scope: All work described in the Included Scope above. Any work not listed is not
included unless agreed in writing.
Not included: Carpet in the other rooms (planned separately — "one floor at a
time"), cabinet or countertop replacement, baseboard replacement, painting, plumbing or
electrical changes, moving furniture or personal items beyond the refrigerator and dishwasher,
and work outside the kitchen.
Contractor supplies: LVP flooring at the $2.00/sq ft budget allowance, floor
leveler / plywood, transition strips, shoe molding, fasteners and adhesives. If the LVP the
customer selects at Floor & Decor is above the $2.00/sq ft budget, the difference is billed
as an adjustment; labor is unchanged.
Notes:
**Jobsite will be left clean once completed.
**Refrigerator and dishwasher are moved and reset by the contractor; the contractor is not
responsible for pre-existing appliance conditions.
Warranty:
**12 months workmanship.
